An Update on Spring Sports

The BDHS sports season is coming to a close.

Girls Tennis season came to an end last night with a hard fought 4-5 loss to Culpeper. It was a 6-hour match and came down to the last doubles match. The girls came a long way this season.

Girls Lacrosse season ended last night at the hands of Culpeper, 16-5. It was not the result they had hoped for but they still had a great season.

Boys Tennis defeated Caroline County 9-0 on Wednesday in the Regional Quarterfinals. They will host Maggie Walker on Monday at 4:30 (we may try to go earlier if they can get here).

Baseball plays Manassas Park tonight in their last regular season game. They are locked in as the 3 seed in the region and will host Culpeper on Thursday, May 26th.

Softball finished the regular season last night with a 4-3 win over Skyline. They finished 7-1 in district play and are the Northwestern 3A District Champions. Softball will host Culpeper on 5/26 at 6:00

Boys Lacrosse played James Monroe last night in the Regional Quarterfinals last night and came away with a 14-4 victory. They will play Meridian on Monday night at 6:00 with a birth to the Regional finals and the state tournament on the line.

Girls Soccer plays Manassas Park tonight at 6:00 in the last game of the regular season. They are currently 14-0 and already locked up the #1 seed in the region and the Northwestern District Championship. They will host Caroline on 5/26 at 6:00 in the Regional Quarterfinal.

Boys Soccer plays Manassas Park tonight at 7:00 in the last regular season game of the year. They are locked in as the 5 seed in the region and will head to either Manassas Park or Culpeper on 5/26 at 6:00.
