The Roar

Zia Sampson
Zia has been writing for The Roar since her freshman year, and was the News Editor for two years before becoming the Business Manager and one of the Managing Editors. She also works as a student writer for and is an alum of the Washington Journalism and Media Conference. She hopes to attend Loyola University of New Orleans in the fall as a communications major and become an advocacy journalist who focuses on mental health awareness.
