The new movie “The Devil All the Time” came out this last September 11, 2020. The story is by Donald Ray Pollock, and the Director is Antonio Campos. This movie was also narrated by Donald Ray Pollock. This movie had many popular stars in it, such as Tom Holland, Robert Pattinson, Bill Skarsgard, Haley Bennett, Harry Melling, Sabastion Stan, and many others. This movie is also rated R. This movie was set in 1950.

This movie was absolutely amazing. The actors played Their characters well. Tom Holland, who played Arvin Eugen Russell, really did an amazing job in making the audience fall in love with the boy who has a troubled past. This movie kept me on my feet at all times, not knowing what was going to happen next. This Thriller/Psychological thriller really did show that there is a lot of bad people in the world and that they can be in any position of power. This movie also addressed many heavy topics such as, mental illness, suicide, under aged pregnancy, murderer, bulling, and rape. None of the characters were prorated in a manner that said they perfect.

All in all I do think that you should not watch it if you cant handle gruesome things and topics. It is an amazing movie but its not easy to watch. There are many things wrong with the people in this town and none of what they do is ok. This movie can and will probably offend some of the watchers. Its ratings are 7.1/10 on IMDb, 64% on Rotten Tomatoes, and a 55% on Metacritic.
